ROLE DESCRIPTIONSalesperson wanted. State Farm Insurance Company- Lenny Schaeffer, Agent is looking for a Salesperson to sell insurance and financial services. Requirements Must have the following traits honesty, hard work ethic, concern for others and personal responsibility. Strong candidates have a personality which causes them to love to network to find prospects, are goal driven, and are highly confident. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Network, develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales experience not required.
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Capacity to obtain required licenses and certifications.
BENEFITS

Compensation $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
